Frequently Asked Questions
What time is pick-up?
Our program runs until 6:00 PM. You are welcome to pick up your child at any time before then. Please note that a late fee may be applied for pickups after 6:00 PM to respect our staff’s time.
Do you provide snacks?
Yes! We provide healthy, whole-food snacks every afternoon when we arrive at the Family Room. If your child has specific dietary restrictions or allergies, please let us know upon registration.
Can I change my scheduled days?
Yes. We understand that family schedules change. If you need to swap a day (e.g., come Tuesday instead of Monday), please reach out to our team. We accommodate swaps whenever there is space available.
How does the One Day Pass work?
The Day Pass is a flexible, commitment-free option. You can purchase a pass for a single day whenever you need coverage. It includes the same pickup, snack, and activities as our monthly members.
Who is watching my child?
Your child is supervised by our dedicated team members that we call “Play Engagement Specialists” who are trained in our safety protocols and restorative philosophy. We maintain a safe staff-to-student ratio to ensure every child gets attention and care.
