Our goal is to ensure you have the correct facts and can continue to trust us completely with your family’s safety and privacy.

WE NEVER SHARE SECURITY FOOTAGE AND WILL NEVER GIVE ACCESS NOW OR IN THE FUTURE.

We want to be perfectly clear about how we operate and our unbreakable commitment to your family’s privacy:

EXCLUSIVE ACCESS: Our security technology operates on a strictly closed, proprietary system. Access to this system is restricted exclusively to the CEO. Footage is only accessible for emergency response purposes.

DEFINED EXCEPTION: Footage (video or photos) will only be shared with a customer in the extremely narrow circumstance of an incident, for medical purposes, and only with the explicit consent of all individuals shown.

POLICY AGAINST CUSTOMER ACCESS: There has never been, and there will never be, a plan to allow customers to access our video feeds. To do so would be against our core policies for multiple critical reasons:

Technological Risk: Opening access creates significant technological dangers, exposing sensitive data to potential interception and compromise.

Legal & Ethical Concerns: Providing open access is legally and ethically complex, requiring levels of consent that we do not believe can be freely given and properly abided by.

OUR COMMITMENT AS A PRIVATE CLUB

We bill ourselves as a private club because your privacy is paramount. We do not take identifiable photos of children (or adults) and post them online. As a licensed children’s activity center, safety, privacy, data compliance, ethics, and security (both online and offline) are the foundations of everything we do.

We firmly believe that bioinformation (your face, fingerprints, etc.) is yours alone and must be protected.
