Designed specifically for parents, grandparents, and caregivers, this class offers a supportive space to recover from the physical demands of raising children. Whether you are constantly lifting a toddler, getting down on the floor to play, or simply looking to get back into a healthy routine, this is your time to focus on you. This class is approachable for all levels

Led by John Shostrand (500-hour RYT), this class bridges the gap between relaxation and rehabilitation. With a background working in physical therapy clinics and training in Vinyasa, Therapeutics, and Katonah Yoga®, John teaches:

  • Longevity & Safety: Clear cueing to protect your joints and prevent injury.
  • Sustainable Movement: Building the mobility you need for everyday life.
  • Mindful Reset: A grounded practice to help you face the week ahead.

.Class Essentials & Guidelines

  • Arrival: Up to 30 minutes early.
  • Gear: Please bring your own mat, water bottle, optional props (2 blocks are nice to have!).
  • Childcare: On-site childcare is available.
