We are writing to share an important schedule update for tomorrow, Sunday, Feb 15, 2026.
We have experienced an unexpectedly high volume of RSVPs for scheduled celebrations this weekend. After reviewing the numbers, we realized that keeping the space open during these parties would result in overcrowding and an uncomfortable experience for everyone.
At Family Room, your experience is our top priority. We learned that it is better to close for a few hours than to try to squeeze everyone in and compromise the comfort and safety of our play space.
Consequently, we have adjusted tomorrow’s hours at our locations:
- Fit & Fun (3217 N Broadway):
- Open: 9:00 AM – 11:00 AM
- CLOSED: 11:00 AM – 2:00 PM
- Open: 2:00 PM – 6:00 PM
- Broadway Clubhouse (3229 Broadway):
- Open: 9:00 AM – 10:00 AM
- CLOSED: 10:00 AM – 1:00 PM
- Open: 1:00 PM – 6:00 PM
- Southport Clubhouse (3726 N Southport Ave):
- Open: 9:00 AM – 1:00 PM
- CLOSED: 1:00 PM – 6:00 PM
Making it Right for You To thank you for your flexibility, all memberships and day passes will be valid at ALL locations on Sunday, Feb 15.
- Day Pass Holders: You have full in-out privileges at any open location throughout the day.
- Members: Regardless of your tier, you may access any location during open hours on Sun, Feb 15.
Our Promise for the Future We love that our community is growing, but we never want our growth to impact your core experience. Celebrations are part of our brand, but not at the expense of our daily visitors.
Going forward, we are implementing stricter policies to ensure this schedule disruption does not happen again:
- Clubhouse Locations: Any event with 25+ guests will now require a full private rental (after 6pm Mon-Fri or after 3pm Sat/Sun).
- Fit & Fun: Any event with 50+ guests will require a full private rental (after 6pm Mon-Fri or after 3pm Sat/Sun).
We are making these changes to ensure our brand promise remains intact: we are here for you during standard business hours. Thank you for growing with us and for your understanding.
