As a member, you now have unfettered access to a space engineered completely around the micro-stresses of city parenting:
- Absolute Sightlines: Focus on your laptop over secure enterprise-grade Wi-Fi while your children explore screen-free toy libraries independently.
- No Retail Traps: We refuse to monetize toddler impulses. You will never find cheap toys or upsells at our check-out counters.
- BYO Community Kitchen: Bottomless Dark Matter espresso and loose-leaf teas are on us. Pack your own family meals with zero restrictions.
- The Invisible Care Cache: Rigorous medical-grade, child-safe sanitization alongside bathrooms fully stocked with premium backup diapers and wipes.
🔑 Your Digital Keys & "My Account" Setup
To ensure absolute safety, we utilize two separate, secure digital tracking systems for exterior access and interior check-ins.
1. Your Custom Door Code
Our doors are always locked to protect our collective space. Your custom door code is being hard-coded into our security mainframe and will appear in your online Account Profile under "Security Settings" within 24 hours. We will text you the exact moment your digital keys are live.
2. Your Member ID (In-Club Check-In)
Your unique Member ID barcode is already active and visible on your dashboard right now. When you enter any of our clubhouse suites, scan this barcode at the entry desk terminal. This ID is intentionally different from your door code for structural facility safety.
🤝 The Rhythms of Our Rooms
Family Room operates on a foundational culture of trust, mutual respect, and shared community accountability. Please review our baseline operations:
- 24/7 Access & Security: City parenting doesn't stop, so neither do we. Your membership grants you 24/7 access to our spaces. For your absolute peace of mind, our facilities are continuously monitored by a secure, closed-circuit security framework accessible strictly by our executive leadership team.
- Staffing Rhythms: To maintain an unhurried atmosphere, we use a hybrid self-service operational model. Our suites are fully staffed during peak seasonal windows, organized community classes, and designated childcare experiences. Outside of these times, the space is yours to enjoy independently.
- Caregiver Accountability: This space functions as an extended family circle. Caregivers are fully responsible for supervising their children at all times unless the child is formally signed into a specific, pre-booked class or clubhouse event that explicitly states childcare is included.
- Extended Community & Guests: We love welcoming your close extended circle! You can use your monthly complimentary guest passes via your dashboard. Please note that members must accompany all guests at all times and are responsible for ensuring they understand our House Rules (such as removing shoes in the foyer and keeping sick family members resting at home).

- Pick Your Vibe for the Day: Choose your space based on your energy level. Head to The Southport Play Studio for quiet remote work and sensory play, The Broadway Clubhouse for light-filled play blocks, or The Fit & Fun Flagship Arena to let your kids burn off raw kinetic energy on our sports turf.
- Pack Your Bag: Bring your favorite family snacks, park your stroller inside our secure indoor stroller lobbies, and pour yourself a fresh espresso.
