Cleanliness & Hygiene

Where are food and drinks allowed? Food and drinks are only permitted in the kitchen table area. We kindly ask that you help us maintain a clean environment by cleaning up after yourselves. Our team is dedicated to keeping the play area clean and enjoyable for everyone.

What are your cleaning procedures? We prioritize cleanliness and hygiene with the following measures:

  • During Play: Our team constantly works to maintain a clean environment, addressing spills and messes promptly. Heavily used toys are cleaned and sanitized throughout the day. Designated "yuck" bins are provided for toys that have been soiled or placed in children's mouths. Cleaning wipes and sanitizer are available for caregivers.

  • After Hours: All toys are sanitized with disinfectant spray every evening. A professional cleaning crew disinfects floors, surfaces, and restrooms nightly. Restrooms and sink areas are always stocked with antibacterial soap and paper towels. All cloth coverings, rugs, and blankets are regularly laundered.

What is the policy about toys that children put in their mouths? We have designated "yuck" bins throughout the play space. Toys that have been soiled or put in children's mouths are placed in these bins, and then thoroughly washed and sanitized before being returned to the play area or disposed of.

Security & Safety

Your Safety is Our Priority.

From the moment you approach our front door, please be aware that the premises are under video surveillance. This coverage extends throughout our business to ensure a secure environment.

In addition to our camera system, we have a comprehensive safety infrastructure in place, including a fire, panic, and security alarm system that connects directly to a professional emergency response team for immediate triage of any situation.

Our front door is secured by an active lock system accessible only with unique staff codes. For your peace of mind, all staff members undergo thorough fingerprint background checks and screenings, and are certified in CPR and First Aid. They also participate in regular safety and emergency response trainings.

Allergies

A Space for All Families.

We strive to be a welcoming and inclusive space for every family. Understanding that nut allergies are the most common and can be the most dangerous, we are proud to be a completely nut-free environment.

For families with additional allergy sensitivities, we also have an allergy-sensitive high chair available. Please don't hesitate to ask our friendly staff if you would like to use it.

Training

Our caring staff is fully trained in CPR and First Aid. Each team member also possesses a unique background in a specific area of childcare, bringing a wealth of knowledge to our program.

We are dedicated to continuous improvement through a strong culture of mutual support for our team and the families we serve as well as regular training sessions covering topics such as child development, positive behavior guidance, and emergency preparedness.
